Join us at Loose Park by the tennis courts to get a 45 minute workout with your little one. Bring your stroller (bonus points for double strollers!), your little one(s), water and a resistance band if you have one. 

I will be leading you through a 45 minute workout of walking, cardio and strength training. Get your day started right- see you on the track!
